REGISTRATION

How to Register KASHIUM Account?
  1. Open the KASHIUM App and tap [Create an account].
  2. You can create your account with your name, email address, username and referral ID.
  3. Select [Email] and enter your email address. Then, create a secure password for your account.
    Note:
    • Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one number.
    • If you’ve been referred to register on KASHIUM by a friend, make sure to fill in their Referral ID (optional).Read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap [Create Account].
  4.  You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email or phone. Enter the code within 30 minutes and tap [Submit].
  5. Congratulations! You have successfully created a KASHIUM account.
How to complete Identity Verification on the KASHIUM App? A step-by-step guide
  1.  Log in to your KASHIUM account and tap [Profile]-[Unverified].
    Alternatively, tap [Verify Now] on the app homepage.
  2. Here you can see [Verified] and [Entity Verification].
    After that, tap [Start Now] to verify your account.
  3. Select your country of residence. Please ensure that your country of residence is consistent with your ID documents.
    You will then see the list of verification requirements for your specific country/region. Tap [Continue].
  4. Enter your personal information and tap [Continue].
    Please make sure that all the information entered is consistent with your ID documents. You won’t be able to change it once confirmed.
  5. Next, you will need to upload pictures of your ID documents. Please choose the type of ID and the country your documents were issued. Most users can choose to verify with a passport, ID card, or driver’s license. Please refer to the respective options offered for your country.
  6. Follow the instructions to take photos of your document. Your photos should clearly show the full ID document.
    For example, if you are using an ID card, you have to take photos of the front and back of your ID card.
    Note: Please enable camera access on your device or we cannot verify your identity.
  7. After uploading the document photos, the system will ask for a selfie. Tap [Take a selfie]. Please make sure your whole face is clearly visible, centered, and your eyes are open. Do not wear hats, glasses, or use filters, and make sure that the lighting is sufficient.
  8. After that, the system will ask you to complete face verification. Tap [Continue] and follow the instructions to complete. Please do not wear hats, glasses, or use filters, and make sure that the lighting is sufficient.
  9. After completing the process, please wait patiently. KASHIUM will review your data in a timely manner. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.
    • Do not refresh or quit the App during the process.
    • You may attempt to complete the Identity Verification process up to 10 times per day. If your application has been denied 10 times within 24 hours, please wait 24 hours to try again.
How to Reset Your KASHIUM Account Password?

You can reset your account password from the KASHIUM App. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.

  1. Go to KASHIUM App and click [Login].
  2. On the login page, click [Forgot Password?].
  3. Click [Continue]Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.
  4. Enter your account email or mobile number and click [Next].
  5. Enter the verification code you received in your email or SMS, click [Next] to continue.

        Note:

  • If your account is registered with an email and you have enabled SMS 2FA, you can reset your password through your mobile number.
  • If your account is registered with a mobile number and you have enabled email 2FA, you can reset the login password using your email.

      6. Enter your new password and click [Next].

7. Your password has been reset successfully. Please use the new password to log in to your account.

How to Change Account Email?
  1. If you wish to change the email registered to your KASHIUM account, please follow the step-by-step guide below.
  2. After logging in to your KASHIUM account, click [Profile]– [Security].
    To change your registered email address
    Please note that after changing your email address, withdrawals from your account will be disabled for 48 hours for security reasons.
    If you wish to proceed, click [Next].
  1. You need to verify your new email. Click [Click to get code]and enter the code sent to your new email.
  2. Your email is successfully changed. Please sign in with the new email address.

How to use KASHIUM referral program?

KASHIUM referral program allows you to invite friends and earn up to 30% commission every time your friends make a trade on KASHIUM. You can earn commission from Futures market. Learn how to earn the spot referral bonus in the step-by-step guide below.

Level 2 = 10%

Send your username to your friend to use your username as a referral ID.

KASHIUM will get a trading fees on any pair. The default referral rate is 30%, meaning that you get 15% directly and 15% indirectly of the future trading fees paid by the friends you refer.

How to check my KASHIUM wallet balances?

Log in to your KASHIUM account and go to [WalletOverview].

Here you can check the balances of all your KASHIUM wallets, and make transfers internally or externally.

You can see the [Estimated Balance] of your wallets. In the fiat currency of your choice (in USD by default).

How to make a transfer between my KASHIUM wallets?

If you want to trade on a specific market, you need to transfer your funds to the corresponding wallets before you can trade. For example, if you bought coin via deposit method and want to do spot trading, you need to transfer the assets to your Fiat and Spot Wallet first.

To make a transfer between your wallets, click [Transfer].

Select the wallets you want to make the transfer and the coin, and enter the amount. Click [Confirm]. Minimum conversion at least 10$.

How KASHIUM mining work?

KASHIUM is launching new coin. For launching we required maximum supply of the coin we need, so we introduced mining process for traders who mine our coin. We use specialized computer hardware to solve complex mathematical problems, which are used to validate and record transactions on the block-chain. Once a miner successfully validates a block of transactions, they are rewarded with a specific coin being mined.

Securing Your Trading Account

Our security team has prepared a list of 9 recommendations for how to improve the security of your KASHIUM account. See our list below:
1. Use a unique email address and password for your account
You can use a secure password manager like LastPass or KeePass to easily keep track of your passwords and create more complex, secure passwords.
2. Enable 2FA on your KASHIUM account
2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your account in case your password is compromised.
3. Always make sure to check the domain address you are visiting: https://www.kashium.com
Many phishing sites mimic KASHIUM domain or website to trick you into telling them your personal details. Make sure you’re visiting the real site.
4. Don’t click links or open unknown attachments in emails
Unless you are absolutely sure the email was sent by KASHIUM.
5. Enable your Anti-Phishing Code
Log in to your account, head to the Account Center and follow the instructions in the Anti-Phishing Code section. This code helps you ensure that an email from KASHIUM is genuine.
6. Secure your email account and phone and use PGP
Enable fingerprint or passcode lock on your phone use a secure email provider and use 2FA for your email account. Whenever possible use PGP.
7. Secure your computer
Don’t install unnecessary software on your computer or software from untrusted developers. If possible consider using a dedicated computer or partition for KASHIUM and trading. We recommend installing Linux Chrome a password manager plugin and nothing else.
8. Subscribe to good antivirus software and keep it updated

How to report stolen funds transferred to KASHIUM

If you’ve fallen victim to cyber theft, fraud, or scams and your stolen funds have been transferred to a KASHIUM account please contact  KASHIUM Support immediately with the following information:
A detailed description of how and when the event happened.
A list of all the block-chain transactions involved in the process (with clickable links).
A signed NDA or a statement where you’ll agree to abide by non-disclosure standards from KASHIUM.
If there is substantial evidence that suggests the funds were indeed stolen KASHIUM will temporarily freeze the assets.

How to protect your KASHIUM account from scam?
Crypto scams are emerging as the market becomes more popular. KASHIUM encourages users to be cautious and take the necessary actions to protect themselves from falling victims to these scams.
Common cryptocurrency scams
Scammers are using new ways to find their next target we therefore recommend you to stay alert to possible scams at all times. Here are some common examples:
1. Impersonating KASHIUM staff
Scammers might impersonate the KASHIUM Customer Service team and contact you outside of our official channels. Please note that KASHIUM Support staff will never ask you to reveal any sensitive information or send money to any address for any reason. If you suspect that you are chatting with a scammer please report your case to our Security Team Agent immediately.
2. Phishing attack
Phishing is a fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as your username, password, 2FA code, by disguising as KASHIUM in emails, fake websites and social media accounts, instant messages, etc. Phishing attack protection requires steps to be taken by both users and KASHIUM. Here are some of the steps you can take to protect yourself:
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication 2FA. • Never disclose your backup keys to anyone or on any website.
• Enable the anti-phishing code to add multiple protections to your emails.
• Always upgrade your browser to the latest version as they will warn users of phishing or unsafe high-risk websites.
3. Fake law enforcement messages
Scammers might also impersonate law enforcement authorities and ask you to take immediate action, or your account will be frozen. For example, they would say that your account has received funds from illegal sources and is being investigated for money laundering. You will be asked to disclose sensitive information of your account or transfer funds to the scammer’s account to “verify” your identity. When you receive these messages, do not reply or disclose your account information. Please note that law enforcement authorities will not contact you directly on the grounds that your account is at risk of money laundering, nor ask for your password or make a transfer to unknown accounts.

TRANSACTION HISTORY

How to generate transaction history?
If you need to file taxes for your cryptocurrency investments, you can generate a statement of your KASHIUM account to perform calculations. 1. Log in to your KASHIUM account and click[Wallet] – [Transaction History].
2. Click [Generate all statements]
3. Select the range, account, and coin you would like to display on the statement then click[Generate]. Please note that as generating records consumes server resources each user can only generate up to 3 times per month.
4. After the statement is generated you will receive an SMS or email reminder.
